Anna Victoria has 1.3 Million fans on Instagram and it’s not hard to see why. The self made entrepreneur has wielded her million fans to create a diet regime that takes 12 weeks to complete. Recently she made headlines after posting a before and after image from 2012. She talked about how she found the idea of it being a “transformation” picture as being problematic.
“I don’t like calling it that because I was never unhappy with the way I looked to begin with. • My transformation was more about how I felt on the inside, about my health, and that’s not something I can show you in a picture.”
“Nevertheless, instagram is a visual platform and we are visual creatures so here we are. While I’m happy with the physical changes I’ve worked so hard for, they don’t compare to the non-physical changes that aren’t visible to the naked eye. Those non-physical changes are what keep me going.”

Goals are individual, not universal. Just because someone can lift heavier, run farther, go longer doesn’t mean your effort isn’t valid. So work hard for you and your own goals.
