Inside M2 Magazine 10th Birthday Issue
It’s a bit of a landmark for M2 Magazine this month: New Zealand’s #1 men’s magazine is celebrating its 10th birthday. In honour of the momentous occasion we’re taking a look back at 10 of our cover men, one for each year, and where they are today. Back to the Future
It was back to the drawing board in designing the new Ford Mondeo. But what resulted was a work of art.
A survey on happiness that was conducted a few years ago found that the most content and fulfilled elderly people lived their lives in defined chapters. There were real turning points in their lives along the way that they could build moments and memories around. To me, that makes perfect sense. Chapters, after all, are how we process and break down all the details of a much larger story. We will of course create and celebrate milestones along the way. These milestones are relative in scale, but are still markers in our journeys. As this issue goes to print, New Zealand and Australia commemorates the anniversary of the Gallipoli landings; the scale of this benchmark is unfathomable. With this issue, M2 magazine is also celebrating 10 years. For an independent New Zealand company, this is a first chapter we are incredibly proud of. On a much more personal level, on the very day that I write this letter, I welcome my new baby girl into the world. That’s really what life is about I guess – milestones of all types. We hope you enjoy this issue of M2, and we thank you for being a part of the first 10 years!
